Orders are prepared with care before shipment. Delivery timelines may vary by destination, carrier volume, and product availability.
After your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout, as we may not be able to update it once fulfillment begins.
Returns and exchanges
For hygiene reasons, used nail sets cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help.
Unused items may be eligible for review if they are unopened, in original packaging, and requested within 14 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.
